2.    Create a culture of continual improvement through analysis and evaluation of         cases and identify improvement opportunities.
3.    Promote patient safety through prevention of adverse medical events.

Target Audience:
OB/GYNs, urologists, urogynecologists and advance practice providers.  These providers specialize in female pelvic floor medicine and/or refer to the specialist.
