Comprehensive Stroke Symposium
The Aurora Health Care Comprehensive Stroke Symposium offers an update on the latest advances in stroke care. Improving stroke patient outcomes requires a multifaceted approach that includes pre-hospital, acute, ICU management and rehabilitation care. This conference is designed to improve the knowledge and performance of healthcare providers.

- Examine the updates on the latest advances in surgical and endovascular intervention and ICU management of the hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patient
- Identify concepts related to stroke rehabilitation
- Differentiate the capabilities of each stroke hospital certification
- Review complicated cases by multidisciplinary physician experts in advanced stroke care
- Summarize the neuroimaging utilized in the care of acute ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke patients
- Identify at least three stroke best practices that influence Door to Groin and Door to IV alteplase times
