Quarterly cohort education on leadership competencies and deploying this expertise through a capstone project.
You must complete all courses in order to receive 40 AMA PRA Catagory 1 credit.

Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Develop effective communication skills as a leader
- Learn how to prepare for and deliver an effective presentation.
- Determine and understand when to coach, mentor or lead your team, and how to do it effectively.
- Understand how they are perceived as a leader and how to adjust behavior to be effective.
