Description: This activity will provide background and pathophysiology of atrial fibrillation, the role of magnesium in the management of atrial fibrillation, and a review of the literature to support current recommendation of magnesium as an adjunct in the 2023 atrial fibrillation guidelines.

  • Design a rate control treatment regimen for a patient experiencing atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular response
