Obesity is a prevalent, complex, progressive and elapsing chronic disease, characterized by abnormal or excessive adiposity that impairs health. In this session, we will do a high-level overview of the medical treatments as they intertwine with a patient-centered approach to the neurobehavioral health habits of nutrition, activity, stress management and sleep.
