APH EBBHS: Heart Math
This presentation will explore the HeartMath approach, based on extensive research into the physiology of stress and emotions and the importance of coherent communication between heart and brain.
Target Audience
The program is aimed at psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses and other allied health professionals who deal with mental health issues and addiction medicine.
