This presentation will examine the current state of the opioid crisis and how it impacts our patients and practice

Target Audience

The program is aimed at psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses and other allied health professionals who deal with mental health issues and addiction medicine.

  1. Examine the history and science of opioid dependence
  2. Identify where the opioid crisis is now and how it is being treated
