Legal Pitfalls: Death Certificate

Steve Steinback will provide an overview of legalities surrounding signing or not signing death certificates.  He will review FAQs and a variety of actual scenarios that Medical Group has been involved in.

  • Apply the process of processing death certificates into their practice.
  • Identify the legalities involved with death certificates, sign and return death certificates within the allowed timeframe.
