The Art of Having Difficult Conversations

A leader's ability to understand how they are perceived by others is key to ongoing growth, development, and success.  This session will start with a workshop around what to do with the 360 feedback each participant received, and end with helping attendees understand their natural approach to conflict and how to engage in effective crucial conversations.
