Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the foundation for a host of critical skills.  A little effort spent on increasing your EQ tends to have a wide-ranging, positive impact on your life.  This session will review each attendee's level of Emotional Intelligence and ways to be more aware and intentional about applying it.
